She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas D'Amico and Lena D'Amico (Fiore); her daughter Jane Leone; her siblings, Helen Janus, Theresa Carten, Frank and Vincent D'Amico; and her great grandchild Thomas Asbury.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Tammy Boyle (William Bogdanyi) and Rebecca Asbury (Anthony); her great grandchildren, Michael Boyle, Mekhi Boyle, Anthony Asbury, Antionette Asbury and Micheline Lamothe; her caregiver Amanda Rosario; her niece Violet DiMatteo; and her great-nephew Michael DiMatteo. She is also survived by seven great-great grandchildren as well as many other nieces and nephews.
