He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cholewinski and Mary Ann Cholewinski Sr. (Grazul); and his brothers, Jeffrey and David. He is survived by: his brothers, Gary Cholewinski (Nancy) of Florida and Mark Cholewinski (Kim) of Milford; and his nieces, Kara, Camille and Ashley.
