He was predeceased by: his mother Gayle High; his sister Martina Spivey; his mother-in-law Carmen Villanueva; and his son Victor Charles Peppers. He is survived by: his father Charles Peppers, Sr.; his brother Roy; his wife Marilyn Peppers; his children, Ernest Leroy Peppers, Jr. (Jacquelina Peppers), Manuel Luis Peppers (Danielle Peppers), Dale Shaw, Raymond Nunez and Nathan Nunez; his grandson Javier Cruz; his father-in-law Victor Colon; his siblings, Charles Peppers, Jr., Cynthia Eps, Dwight Peppers, Renail Edwards and Mindy Durham; and his close friend King. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (275 Union Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06607). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
