He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugenio Forte and Mary Forte (Romaniello). He is survived by: his wife Donna Razowski Forte; his daughter Katharine Jane Forte of West Haven; and his brother Joseph Forte of Stamford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
