She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Lia and Emilia Pagliaroli Lia DiMario; her husband Umberto Iaboni; and her siblings, Adelmo Lia (Emma), Carlo Lia (Marisa), Ginesio Lia and Maria Lia Halkowicz.
She is survived by: her children, Tiziana Iaboni of Stratford and Joseph Iaboni of Stratford; her grandchildren, Marialia Iaboni of Stratford and Emanuela DiIorio (Robert Harriss) of Ansonia; her great grandchild Ashley Harriss; her siblings, Pierino Lia of Stratford, Adriano DiMario of New York, Erminia Lia of Stratford and Eleanora DiMario Coppola (George) of Cheshire; Deborah Liptak. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
