He was predeceased by: his parents, John Varholak and Mary Varholak (Hudak); and his brothers, Lawrence and Edward Varholak. He is survived by: his spouse Dee Varholak (Casillo); his children, Linda Kennedy (Bill Kolkmeyer) and John R. Varholak (Karen); his grandchildren, Michael Kennedy (Niki Webber), Kara Kennedy, Scott Kennedy, Kyle Varholak Jimenez (Ciro) and Shae Varholak Sattler (Nick); his great grandchildren, Elena and John-Aris Jimenez; his sisters, Dorothy Macura and Mildred Varholak; and his son-in-law Paul Kennedy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
