She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Kalisnik; her grandchildren, Nicholas Van Fleet (Haley), Rachel Van Fleet, Joshua Van Fleet (May) and Cassidy Van Fleet; her great grandchildren, Mason Trerotola, Lilyiana, Rosalina and Joshua Jr. Van Fleet; and her cousin Barbara Butterworth.
