Fitzpatrick (Stratford, Connecticut), born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on February 26, 2018, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Homa. She is survived by: her parent Barbara Tantimonico Homa; her husband Brian; her daughters, Courtney Fitzpatrick and Kelly Fitzpatrick; and her sisters, Barbara Jo Stella of Stratford and Mary Homa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
