She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Farrell and Catherine Farrell (Sullivan); and her sister Loretta DeFrank. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Pinky" Higgins; her children, Margaret Goebel (Peggy) of Stratford, Robert Higgins (Nancy) of Wallingford, Dawn Higgins of Naples, FL., David Higgins (Kim) of Little River, SC., Robin D'Andrea (Wayne) of Milford, Matthew Higgins of Seymour, Rhena Higgins of Stratford, Jeffrey Higgins of Stratford, Scott Higgins of St. Petersburg, FL. and Raymond Higgins (Courtney) of Trumbull; and her siblings, Raymond Farrell (Marcia) of Hamden and Judith Gonzales (Sebs) of Ft. Myers, FL.. She is also survived by several nieces nephews and cousins.
