He was predeceased by: his parents, Esmeraldo Hernandez and Dorothy Hernandez (Jane); his wives, Lisa (Augustine) and Norine (Steeves); his siblings, Lucy, Rosemary and Michael; his grandchildren, Valentina Lisa Marie and Jackson; his great-nephew Jackson; his close friend Mike Rogers; Amber.
He is survived by: his children, Paul, Abigail, Daniel, Raymond and Jose; his brothers, Johnny and Esmeraldo "Eddie" Jr.; his nieces, Crystal, Lucy "Lindy" Jr. and Jamellah; his nephew Brandon; his grandchildren, Sophia, Ryze and Callie; and his goddaughter Autumn. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
