Regina M. O'Connell Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Regina M. O'Connell of Stratford, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 1, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland T. Bourdeau and Rita B. Bourdeau (Bennett); her brother Richard Bourdeau; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara and Wilma "Billie" Bourdeau.

She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Cambras (William), Theresa Oxboel (Peter), John O'Connell (Janet) and Michael O'Connell (Mary Benejam); her grandchildren, Jonathan Cambras (Kaitlin Herlihy), Jennifer Cambras (Duncan Miller) and Noelle Oxboel (Andrew Farley); her siblings, Rodney L. and Renee Bourdeau; and her friend Jill Bova. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Regina.
