With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rose Barius (Stratford, Connecticut), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2026 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Barius; her parents, Liudas Jotkus and Rosalia Jotkus; her son Raymond; and her brother Liudas.
She is survived by: her children, Edward (Angela) and Aldona (Louis); her grandsons, Christian and Justin (Emily); her great grandchildren, Vivianne, Alice, Rose and Marlowe; her sister Kaze Petronaitiene; her niece Audrone Kvedaraviciene; and her caregiver Marisa. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews and step grandsons.
