He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Graham and Jennie Graham (Haggerty). He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Reinckens (Robert) of Hopewell Junction, NY, Jeanie Graham of Chatham, NY and Gail DiCosmo (Patrick) of New Lebanon, NY. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
One of his notable contributions to history includes guarding Tokyo Bay on the day the Japanese Instrument of Surrender was signed, just a day before his 20th birthday.
