She was predeceased by: her husband John Pyatak; her parents, John Mason and Emma Mason (Hofmiller); her daughter-in-law Susan Keese Pyatak; and her siblings, James, Gerald, John Mason (Jack) and Margaret DeLorme.
She is survived by: her sons, John E. Pyatak (Bud) of Cape Cod and Daniel Pyatak (Michele Bonitatibus Pyatak) of Shelton; her grandchildren, Annie Faith Noonan and Christopher Pyatak (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Zoe, Callin Noonan, Emmett Kolber and Saskia Pyatak; her sisters-in-law, Margaret Piatak, Agnes Hart and Irene Mulligan; and her nieces and nephews, Pat Mason (Sandy), Maureen Mason and Cathy Prinner. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
