He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert Noonan and Doris Noonan (Dubret); his siblings, Baby Boy Noonan, Eileen Noonan and John Noonan; and his brothers-in-law, Philip Glover and Luciano "Louie" Franzese.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Bigley Noonan; his children, Thomas B. Noonan (Lauren) and Julianne E. Walsh (Brian); his siblings, Kathleen Glover, Maureen Genga (Gary), Dr. Robert Noonan (Cathy Murray), Coleen Franzese and Doreen Nelson (Gary); and his grandchildren, Thomas James Noonan, Elizabeth Catherine Noonan, Rory Richard Walsh and Reagan Judith Walsh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
