We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2023, at the age of 80, Trudy Gardecki of Stratford, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Borner and Gertrude Borner (Burns). She is survived by: her husband Daniel Gardecki, Sr.; her children, Daniel Gardecki, Jr. (Carol) of Stratford and Joni Yale (Keith) of Stratford; and her sister Joan Duda (Jim) of Monroe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
