She was predeceased by: her husband Norman R. Coulter; her parents, Andrew McComb and Jessie Wadsworth McComb; her parents-in-law, Samuel J. Coulter and Abby G. Coulter; and her brother Curtis McComb.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Coulter-Fusiek (David Fusiek) and Roger Coulter of New York; her grandchildren, Kevin Coulter (Darcy) of Pennsylvania and Bethany Fusiek; and her siblings, Ruth McComb Scott, Shirley McComb Coulter, Susan McComb Pettus and Andrew L. McComb.
She also wished to have memorial contributions be made to: Shriners Hospitals https://donate.shrinerschildrens.ora instead of flowers to continue her legacy of making a difference for children. Check donations could also be made with the name of the fundraiser, "In Memory of Arlene R.
