He was predeceased by : his parents, Victor Peter Piecyk, Jr. and Lillian Piecyk (Brecka); and his brother Thomas Piecyk. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth; his daughter Amy (James); his granddaughters, Tabitha, Isabella and Samantha; and his brothers, V. Peter Piecyk (Jean), Phillip Piecyk, Theodore Piecyk (Rosemarie), L. Conrad Piecyk and Michael Piecyk (Paula).
