She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Joseph and Priscilla Ann Malthaner (Jackson); and her husband Robert C. Vernile. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Zacchera (Todd) of Granby and Farrah Schultz (Mike) of Southwick, MA; her stepchildren, Amy Stoto (Anthony) and Andrew Vernile; her siblings, Linda Meoak, Katherine Gaudioso (Frank) and Matthew Malthaner (John Noland); her grandchildren, Sophie, Brady, Jane, Owen, Ben, Bella and Joey; and her pets, Ollie and Thor.
