He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl Formaggioni (Struthers); his sister Diane Null; his daughter Melanie Formaggioni; and his niece Christy Null. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Formaggioni (Dave Rauccio) of Southington, Jamie Formaggioni (Chandra) of Auburn, GA, Michael Formaggioni (Kayon) of Simsbury and Ryan Formaggioni (Adrianna) of Windsor; his grandchildren, Bailey, Jessi Autry, Cayden and Tinley Formaggioni; his stepmother Thelma Formaggioni of Windsor; his mother-in-law Jean Struthers; and his niece Heidi Andrew.
