He was predeceased by : his father Joseph C. Zavatkay; and his brother Jeffrey Zavatkay. He is survived by : his mother Henrietta Zavatkay (Dreger); his wife Wendy L. Zavatkay (Royce); his siblings, Michael Zavatkay of Torrington, Scott Zavatkay (Rima) of Woodbridge and Judi Mariano (John) of Glastonbury; and his siblings-in-law, Laura Zavatkay of Plainville, David and Mary Lou Royce of Bloomfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
