He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Denning and Emma Denning (Bibeau); his brother Robert Denning; his former wife Joan Denning (Hayden); and his son-in-law Bob Simoneau.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Simoneau (David) of Springfield, MA and Amy Denning of Feeding Hills, MA; his grandchildren, Carly Simoneau, Morgan Lindell (Em), Kolby Lindell and Nathan Lindell (Maddy); his brothers-in-law, Allen and Jack Hayden; and his nieces and nephews, Denise Brown, Lisa Denning, Paul, Bob and John Denning.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of Christ (81 High St, Suffield, CT 06078).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Church of Christ, 81 High Street, Suffield, CT or Thomas J. O'Connor Animal Adoption Center, 627 Cottage Street, Springfield, MA.
