“My deepest condolences go out to Mr. and Mrs. Bedlack. When I was new to Rocky Hill High School as I grew up in Hartford per South Catholic Freshman year. Very nervous coming to a new group of students. New Rocky Hill High school so all were lost on where lockers were and 1st bell to be at class. Your son Joe took me under his wing introducing me to all in his group of friends....Joe became my 1st friend when arriving at RHHS...It's his personality just being a valued good person.
