He is survived by: his girlfriend Lisa Cucchiara; his son Mateo Anthony; his parents, Scott Zielinski (Laurie Zielinski) and Robin Zielinski; his brother Skip Sneath (Autumn Sneath); his niece Lillian; his sister Madison Zielinski; his stepsiblings, Alexander Castro (Amelia Fisk) and Katherine Ventre (Carmine); and his aunts and uncles, Leslie (Steve Grey), Carl (Donna Delahunt), Amy (Justin Martin) and Christie (Robert Haines). He is also survived by many cousins, and numerous friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Nicholson & Carmon Funeral Home (443 East Street N, Suffield, CT 06078). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Carmon Funeral Home (443 East Street N, Suffield, CT 06078).
