She was predeceased by: her husband James R. Welch; and her parents, E. Peter Leddy and Mary Leddy (McDevitt). She is survived by: her children, Michael J. Orejuela (Manuel) of Brookfield, WI; her grandchildren, James Orejuela, Liam Welch, Nicole Orejuela, Sara Welch and Alexandra Orejuela; and her cousin Jane Elrod.
