He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Ayotte and Irma Ayotte (Cormier); his brother Stephen Ayotte; his stepbrother John Dallis; and his brother-in-law Peter MacDowell.
He is survived by: his children, Justin Ayotte, Shelby Ayotte and Dylan Ayotte; his granddaughter Willow Grace-Ann (Sandra MacDowell); his brother Lester Ayotte; his sisters-in-law, Andrea of Granby and Betty Ayotte of Suffield; his stepmother Ellen Ayotte of Granby; his stepsiblings, Jeanne Bradley (Dallis) of Moodus and Joseph Dallis of Granby; and his nieces and nephews, Nicki Ayotte Condon, Jamie Ayotte, Shannon Ayotte Stauffer, Danielle Ayotte, Renee Peerless and Morgan MacDowell.
