He is survived by: his significant other Sandy (Chartier); his children, Christopher S. Kosak (Nafees), Kimberly Ann Martel (Paul Morin) and Kathleen Marie Gillespie (Timothy); his grandchildren, Wellesley Carminati (Michael), Christy Kosak, Aria Kosak, Nicholas Kosak, Jessica Martel, Joshua Martel (Eliza), Nichole Martel, Brianna Gillespie (Patrick Donegan), Connor Gillespie (Amy Jordan) and Erin Gillespie (Michael Mercurio); his great grandchildren, Garrett Musa, Avery Gordon, Caleb, Ethan and Riley Martel; his siblings, Linda Ann Boutin, Timothy Moore and Michael Moore; and his half-sisters, Mary Beth Moore and Sarah Granger. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
