He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert William Moore and Beatrice Moore (McDonnell); and his brother Sean Moore. He is survived by: his significant other Sandy (Chartier); his children, Christopher S. Kosak (Nafees), Kimberly Ann Martel (Paul Morin) and Kathleen Marie Gillespie (Timothy); his grandchildren, Wellesley Carminati (Michael), Christy Kosak, Aria Kosak, Nicholas Kosak, Jessica Martel, Joshua Martel (Eliza), Nichole Martel, Brianna Gillespie (Patrick Donegan), Connor Gillespie (Amy Jordan) and Erin Gillespie (Michael Mercurio); his great grandchildren, Garrett Musa, Avery Gordon, Caleb, Ethan and Riley Martel; his siblings, Linda Ann Boutin, Timothy Moore and Michael Moore; and his stepsisters, Mary Beth Moore and Sarah Granger. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nicholson & Carmon Funeral Home (443 East Street N, Suffield, CT 06078). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
