He was predeceased by : his sister Lorie Chapman. He is survived by : his wife Lisa Ann Chapman (Chaisson); his children, Richard Chapman (Aimee), Johnathan Chapman (Jessica), Rachel Cutler (Marc) and Jenna Brew (Matthew); his grandchildren, Brandon, Savanah, Chayse, Austyn, Summer, Lillian, Roselynn, Aurora, Cassiopeia, Samuel, Madeleine and Maxwell; his brother Lennie Chapman (MaryJane); and his pet Daisy.
