With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willard George Nielson of Suffield, Connecticut, born in Middleboro, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 26, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Nielson and Nellie Nielson (Hale); his brothers, Charles, Donald, Kenneth and Robert; and his daughter-in-law Mary Nielson.
He is survived by : his wife Carol Gladden-Nielson; his children, Peter A. Nielson, Elizabeth Thompson and Robin (Jeffrey Hersom); his grandchildren, Christine, Kevin, Megan, Michael, Danielle, Amy and Steven; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Max, Reese, Victoria, Addison, Silas, Leanne, Elijah and Kian; and his great great grandchild Mia.
