He is survived by: his friend Antonio Francisco d'Avillez; his wife Cathryn Dickert; his daughters, Claire and Genevieve; his son-in-law Peter Bogardus; his grandchildren, Peter, Everardus and Orlena Bogardus; his brother Nicholas; his sister-in-law Helen Scoville; his sister Molly Fitzmaurice (Frank); Carole Dickert Scherr (Jacob) and Margaret Dickert Burgess (John). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
