She was predeceased by: her husband William Henry McClay; her parents, Ernest L. Henderson and Elva Henderson (Eleiott); and her brother Keith Henderson. She is survived by: her sons, Joel K. McClay (Mary) of Terryville, Bruce A. McClay (Connie) of Shoreview, MN and Carlo J. McClay (Lisa) of Baldwinsville, NY; her grandchildren, Matthew McClay (Amy), Katie Evanson (Joe), Jenna McClay, Brandon McClay (Kelly) and Sara Caruso (Elijah); and her great grandchildren, Emma, Sadie, Mason, Luke, Olivia McClay and Catherine Caruso.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Carmon Funeral Home & Family Center (301 Country Club Rd, Avon, CT 06001). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at the Littleton Cemetery (1129 U. S. Rte 1, Littleton, ME 04730).
