He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kolodziej and Marjorie Kolodziej (Casper); his daughter Chloe Ann; and his sister Laurie Kolodziej Anderson. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Kolodziej (Tardy); his brother Jason Kolodziej; his sisters-in-law, Stacey Tampellini and Brenda McLean (Scott); his sibling's children, Ashley, Vanessa, Carlina Tampellini, Emma Anderson, Natalie, Audrey McLean, Nathan Koumpias, Liam and Patrick Anderson; his mother-in-law Judy Tardy; his brother-in-law Robert Anderson; and his pets, Maggie Grace and Morgan Finn.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Buckmiller Ford Mengacci Funeral Home (82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck, CT 06770). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
