She is survived by: her children, Thomas Coughlin (Kate) of Greenfield, MA and Kelly Shea (Edward) of Newport, RI; her siblings, Marilyn Schmelder of Bristol, Larry Schmelder (Jean) of Bristol and Howard Schmelder of Bristol; her sister-in-law Judith Plourde; her grandchildren, Kelsey Greene (Dan), Abby Even (Jack), Brigid McGrath (Jay), Maible Coughlin (Patrick Gillespie) and Oliver Coughlin; and her great grandchildren, Peter, Tommy, Avery and Olin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
