He is survived by: his wife Roxane Smith (Luzi); his daughters, Ashley McGee (Patrick) of Thomaston and Chelsea D'Ascanio (Christian) of Boston, MA; his siblings, Craig Smith (Irene), Scott Smith, Randy Smith (Thomas Kraebel), David Smith (Diana), George Smith (Virginia) and Cheryl Mailhot (Michael); his grandchildren, Gavin, Jake McGee, Logan and Beckett D'Ascanio; and his pet Madison. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (170 S Main St, Terryville, CT 06786).
