We are sad to announce that, on November 3, 2023, at the age of 80, Thomas R. Miller of Terryville, Connecticut, born in Cold Spring, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Miller and Susan Miller (Seymour); his brothers, Gary and Ralph Miller; and his niece Emily Sue Higgins.

He is survived by: his wife Helena Gannon (Couwenberg); his children, Daniel Miller of Terryville, Dawn O'Creene-Kern (Andre) of Pawling, NY and Tracy Oslacky (Peter) of Tuxedo, NY; his siblings, Samuel Miller (Marie), Joyce Miner of Lakeland, FL and Nancy Higgins (Thomas); his grandchildren, Khandice, Samantha, Danny, Connor, Michael, Peter and Adam; and his great grandchildren, Greyson and Phoenix. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
