As Zachary departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Zachary may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Zachary leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Lyga (Ristow) and Harold Zachary Lyga. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lyga (Agli); his daughters, Lauren McCool (Nicholas) of Burlington, CT and Margo Alfonso (James) of Scarsdale, NY; his grandchildren, Tesla and Maverick; and his sisters, Arlene Ryan (Robert) of Terryville and Deborah Lyga-Budney (Leonard) of Old Saybrook. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
