She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Matthews and Gladys Matthews (Thompson); her husband Howard Towne, Sr.; and her children, Howard Towne, Jr., Donald Towne, Cheryl Towne Brooks, Kenneth Towne, Dale Towne and Darryl Towne.
She is survived by: her children, Juanita Keroski (Thomas) of Thomaston, David Towne of Seymour, Kevin Towne of Bethany and William Towne of Cromwell. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
