He was predeceased by: his wife Christine Noel Chadwick; his parents, Edward C. Chadwick and Lenore R. Chadwick; and his siblings, Charles "Billy" Chadwick and Lenore L. Chadwick.
He is survived by: his son Mike; his daughter-in-law Betsy Chadwick; his granddaughters, Hannah and Samantha; and his daughter Danielle. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
