He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene Foley (O'Connor); and his parents, Frank Foley and Alice Foley (McHugh). He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Foley (Emily) of Walpole, MA and Craig Foley (Melissa) of Terryville; and his grandchildren, Meghan (Collin Short), Libby and Erin Foley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Church (1 E Main St, Thomaston, CT 06787).
