With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Spaulding of Thomaston, Connecticut, who passed away on December 23, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Spaulding; her parents, William Ursia and Doris Ursia (McCreery); and her grandson Brennen Rudy. She is survived by: her children, Karyn Spaulding (John McKeon) of Southington, John J. Spaulding (Jodi Gilbert) of Woodbury and Thomas J. Spaulding (Jeanette Martino); her sister Joyce Davidson; her grandchildren, Gabrielle MacDonald (Kurtis), Kaylin Tulley (Jordan), Janna Rudy, Brianna Spaulding, Evan Spaulding of Collin Spaulding, T. J and Olivia Spaulding; and her great grandchild Hannah Tulley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Phyllis's name can be made to Hartford Healthcare or to the American Cancer Society.
