He was predeceased by: his parents, Bartholomew J. Knox, II and Debra Ann Knox (Brown); and his brother Dennis Knox. He is survived by: his siblings, Bartholomew J. Knox III, Jim Knox, Thomas Knox and Michael Knox; his uncle Doug Brown; and his aunts, Denise Didsbury and Darlene Hubbard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
