She was predeceased by : her brother John A. Kitka; her sister-in-law Sylvia A. Kitka; and her parents, John J. Kitka and Stasia Kitka (Sztukowski). She is survived by : her brother Frederick Kitka, Sr. of Webster, MA; her nieces, Kathleen Kitka of Newtown, CT and Janet Gentili (Anthony) of Thompson, CT; and her nephew Frederick Kitka Jr. (Heidi) of Thompson, CT..
