He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman S. Hall and Anne Theresa Hall (Baker); and his brother Paul Hall of Killingly. He is survived by : his former life partner JoAnn Hall of Thompson; his sons, Brandon Hall of Thompson and Noel Hall of Thompson; his siblings, Spencer Hall (Linda) of Putnam and Karen Hall (Tom Gee); and his friend Jamie Boucher (Norman) of Thompson.
