He is survived by: his wife Sheila Chiarizio (Seibert); his children, Samantha Haeseler (Daniel), Erin Chiarizio and Joshua Chiarizio (Caitlin); his grandchildren, Matthew (Allie), Kaitlyn (Jeremy), Alex (Toni), Caleigh, Zackary (Aubrey), Caiden, Charlotte and Isla; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Cecelia, Jaxon, Hazel, Christopher, Gracelynn and Oliver; his niece Daveen Knipple; and his nephew David Farrell.
