Irene A. Palumbo Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on March 3, 2026, at the age of 96, Irene A. Palumbo of Tolland, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Kunda and Anna Kunda (Kasperek); her husband Umberto Benito Palumbo; and her siblings, Anthony Kunda and Florence Koval.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Mesnil (Gilbert) of Florida, Stephen Palumbo (Jennifer) of Tolland, Laura Kennedy (John) of Andover and Michelle Finnegan (Shawn) of Tolland; and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Gino, Stephen, Lawrence, Joshua, Jeanine, Nina, Briana, Nikolas, Edward, Chanelle, Kaitlyn and Allison. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
