He was predeceased by: his children, Ava Lynne and Thomas John; and his father-in-law Thomas Knapp. He is survived by: his parents, David Mazzeo (Gail) and Judy Hawkes (John); his wife Lynne Mazzeo (Knapp); his daughter Alexandra; his brother Doug Mazzeo (Rebecca Olson); his mother-in-law Patricia Knapp; his sister-in-law Laura Golas; his nieces, Juliana, Ella and Grace; Dave. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
