It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrzej Chrzanowski (Torrington, Connecticut), who passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Klementyna Chrzanowski (Lyszkowska) and Marian Chrzanowski; his sisters, Krystyna Chrzanowska and Bozena Szczepanska; and his son Adam.
He is survived by: his wife Justyna Drozdowska; his daughters, Anna of Torrington, CT and Violetta (Bart) of Redding, CT; his brothers, Ryszard (Hanna) of Poland and Miroslaw (Zofia) of Torrington, CT.; his grandchildren, Samantha, Alicia, Adam, Luca and Ella; and his great grandchild Kayleigh. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Phalen Funeral Home (285 Migeon Ave, Torrington, CT 06790). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Peter Church (107 E Main St, Torrington, CT 06790).
