She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Ferencak (Smolen) and Andrew Ferencak Sr.; and her sister Mary Ferencak. She is survived by: her brother Andrew Ferencak; her niece Nancy (Jim Barbieri); and her great-niece Gillian Barbieri (Brett Otis). She is also survived by her family, friends.
