She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Cushman and Thelma Cushman (Spratt); and her sisters, Jackie Osgood and Luella "Skippy" Blake. She is survived by: her husband Malcolm Burgess (Mac); her children, Stephen Burgess (Ann) of Naugatuck, CT, Stephanie Sikora (RJ) of O'Brien, FL and Diane Carroll (Ed) of Torrington, CT; her brother Malcolm "Butch" Cushman of Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Matthew Matiacio (Andrea), Michelle Morton (Joshua), Brendan Burgess (Liz), William Burgess (Honor Lawler), Brice Burgess, Benjamin Carroll and Reece Carroll (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Sophie, Summer Morton, Theodore and Philip Burgess. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
