She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulrich Schibi and Catherine Schibi; her husband Andrew Durstin; and her siblings, Clara McMaster (Schibi), William Schibi and Michael Schibi.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Kris Fraher (Scott) of Goshen; her grandchildren, Melissa Bates (Andrew) and Michael Fraher (Haley (Woodard)); her great grandchildren, William and Ella Bates; and her sister-in-law Joanne Durstin (Beyus). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cook Funeral Home (82 Litchfield St, Torrington, CT 06790). A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (St. John Paul the Great Parish) (160 Main St, Torrington, CT 06790).
